Kyle Fletcher explains why he did not debut a pink version of the AEW International Championship when he won it.

Recently, Fletcher’s AEW International Championship reign would come to a close, when he would lose the title to Kazuchika Okada at AEW All In. During his title reign, Fletcher would not bring a pink variation of the title to AEW like he did with the TNT title, and has now explained why.

While speaking on Under The Mat with Simon Miller, Kyle Fletcher would explain why he didn’t have a pink version of the AEW International Championship, noting that he did not want to ‘give into the masses’ this time.

“Yeah, I don’t know, man. I feel like last time I gave in to the masses, the masses wanted the pink title, and this time everyone was like, we want it again, and I was like, fuck you motherfuckers, bro. I don’t want to do that.”

Elsewhere in another recent interview, Fletcher spoke about a piece of advice from Claudio Castagnoli that he has had tattooed on his wrist. You can read more about that here.
