Tony Khan has always been a hands on boss in AEW, and as such is usually a large part of the companies shows. This includes weekly TV and pay-per-views and as a result, Tony is ever present for conversations with AEW talent

While speaking to The Knockturnal in a new interview, Kyle Fletcher spoke about his relationship with Tony Khan, noting that they have a ‘pretty good’ relationship at this point.

“Yeah, it really depends. Tony’s really cool, and I think at the level that we’re at now, we have a very good friendship relationship outside of just wrestling itself. So our conversations could be anything from just talking about what our weekends were like to… you know, nitty gritty of like, ‘okay, what do you want from me today? What do you want from this segment of this match? What do you want to see from me?’ When we’re talking about stuff, it’s ‘okay, how do you see me reacting to this? What kind of camera shot do you want the end of this segment to be?’ So, you know, it can get as detailed as that, or it can be as laid back as, you know, well, this funny thing happened the other day. Oh, look at this funny video of my cat. You know, we have a pretty good relationship at this point, which is nice.”
