Kyle Fletcher reflects on AEW Grand Slam: Australia and described it as the ‘perfect day’ for him.
At the event earlier this year on Valentines Day, Fletcher would face off with Mark Briscoe in the final match of their series with the TNT title on the line in a ladder match, Fletcher would end up coming away with the victory at home, also debuting a new all pink TNT Championship that night.
While speaking on the latest episode of his vlog series, Kyle Fletcher reflected on AEW Grand Slam: Australia and the the day that preceded the event.
“Good morning, technically it is. About, oh, just about 3.30 a.m. in the morning. We’re still kicking. What a huge, gigantic, just mumbo jumbo spectacular day today was. If you could describe the perfect day, for me, like that’s kind of it. You can see, I’m kind of speechless, man. I can’t even begin to put into words what today meant to me, and like, having so many things and people that I love dearly all in the same place at the same time, interacting with each other, sharing my like passions and all these people, and it just feels like a whole lot of love.”
Elsewhere in the same vlog, Kyle spoke about appearing at a PWA event with the championship. You can read more about that here.
