Fletcher won the contest by last eliminating Komander with the hammerlock tombstone after a back-and-forth battle that saw Fletcher kick out of multiple 450 splashes and Komander kick out of a brainbuster on the top turnbuckle.

Johnson was the first man eliminated, tapping out to Moriarty.

Moriarty also scored the second elimination, pinning Castle after an impaler flatliner. Johnny TV interfered just before the pinfall, distracting Castle.

Moriarty was the third man eliminated, falling victim to the Tiger Driver courtesy of Keith.

Fletcher would eliminate Keith shortly after, finishing him off with a tombstone.

This marks the first reign as ROH TV Champion for Fletcher. He is a former ROH Tag Team Champion with Mark Davis.

Keith defeated Jack Cartwheel on the Zero Hour pre-show to qualify. Fletcher defeated Gravity, Castle defeated Evil Uno, Johnson defeated Josh Woods, Moriarty defeated Tracy Williams, and Komander defeated Gringo Loco to qualify for the match.

The ROH TV Title was vacated by Samoa Joe on the November 8 episode of AEW Dynamite.
