New additions to the August 9th episode of WWE SmackDown.
WWE announced that new WWE United States Champion LA Knight will hold his championship celebration on the August 9th episode of WWE SmackDown. Knight defeated Logan Paul at WWE SummerSlam to win the title.
Plus, Santos Escobar will face Andrade in a number one contenders match for the WWE US Title.
Furthermore, DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) will face Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) in a number one contender's match for the WWE Tag Team Championships, which are currently held by The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga).
Finally, Jade Cargill faces Alba Fyre and the Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) take on A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller).
