LA Knight looks to take on Rey Mysterio as Rey Mysterio looks to exorcise some demons on the March 24 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
Rey Mysterio emotionally confronted his son, Dominik, on the March 17 episode of WWE SmackDown. While the soon-to-be WWE Hall of Famer still refuses to fight his son at WrestleMania 39, he will have no problem facing LA Knight on WWE SmackDown.

Knight and Mysterio got into a backstage confrontation on March 17. Knight was frustrated after losing to Xavier Woods earlier in the evening.
When Knight saw Mysterio in despair backstage, he antagonized the legendary luchador by saying that since Rey doesn't want to fight his son, Knight would gladly be a deadbeat dad and fight Dom for him.
