On August 15, Lacey changed her social media bio to include "FKA WWE Superstar Lacey Evans." She changed her handle to @LimitlessMacey and her username to Macey Estrella.

She wrote on Instagram, "When the clock strikes 12, you will address me as Macey Estrella from here on out."

Evans signed with WWE in April 2016. She competed in the 2017 Mae Young Classic and became a regular on television beginning in January 2018. She made her main roster debut in the 2019 women's Royal Rumble.

Evans never held a championship in WWE but did win the 2020 Slammy for Trash Talker of the Year, which she shared with the Hurt Business (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander). Evans last wrestled on television on the June 23 episode of WWE SmackDown, losing to Charlotte Flair.

She last wrestled in a dark match on July 7, losing to Zelina Vega.
