Lady Frost has explained her ‘murder gymnastics’ style, noting that it’s not just a flippy style and it comes with a purpose.
Frost has been a familiar face not only on the independent scene, but also for companies such as AEW and MLW. This weekend, at MLW Fightland, she will take on Corinne Joy.
While speaking to The Sportster in a new interview, Lady Frost was asked what sets her apart from other women’s wrestlers in MLW.
“I think you’re going to see a lot of grit, a lot of heart, a lot of do whatever it takes, but I do have a Lucha background, so you will see some murder gymnastics, and yes, I own that phrase. Literally. It’s trademarked. But that’s the part that is interesting. It’s not just a flippy style. It comes with a purpose, and that’s winning.”
Frost would then be asked further about her ‘murder gymnastics,’ with the former AEW name noting that it is ‘elegant destruction.’
“It means I will hurt you with my gymnastics. It’s not just pretty. It’s elegant destruction okay, I do have a background in gymnastics and fitness. and a plethora of other things that gives me all of the experience and if you tune in on Saturday, I’m wrestling Corinne Joy, who is literally a child television star. Like she was in a classroom with crayons when I started wrestling. So I think they’re going to get a taste of some of that murder gymnastics. Maybe just murder. We’ll see.”
