Lance Anoa'i To Make Pro Wrestling NOAH Debut In July, Set To Enter N1 Victory Tournament

Lance Anoa'i is set to make his Pro Wrestling NOAH debut in July.

Sources close to the situation tell Fightful Select that the MLW star will be making his debut for NOAH in a big way, as he is set to included in the N1 Victory Tournament. Past winners of the tournament include Kaito Kiyomiya, Katsuhiko Nakajima, & Kenou. The winner of the annual tournament is granted a match for the GHC Heavyweight Championship, which is the premier title in NOAH.

Furthermore, this will be Anoa'i's first time wrestling in Japan. Alongside his work in MLW, Anoa'i has also occasionally competed for various independent promotions in recent years.

Fightful Select has also learned that former MLW World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu is also being considered for the tournament. Throughout his career, Fatu has yet to wrestle in Japan.

The alliance between Major League Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH was first formed back in 2019.
