Layla Recalls Fan Asking Candice Michelle To Sign Pepto-Bismol

Layla recalls a bizarre fan incident.

After retiring from in-ring competition back in 2015, Layla disappeared from television almost entirely. Wrestling fans could still find her at conventions and signing events, where things could get weird at times.

Speaking on TMZ’s Inside The Ring, she was asked if she had any weird signing requests from a fan at these events.

“I was sitting next to Candice [Michelle] and this guy… It was the weirdest thing. I don’t know if he didn’t want to pay for autographs for people, but he was going around and he was like, ‘I’ll give you a $1, $2 to sign with my Pepto-Bismol. I can’t remember what event it was. It was like last year, April. It was a big event, maybe the Squared Circle [Expo]. He was walking around and he’s like, ‘Can you sign my Pepto-Bismol?’ He was giving superstars like $1, $2, and he came up to Candice Michelle. I was signing and I looked up and I just heard her say, ‘Absolutely not.’ You know what I mean? Like, what are you talking about? That one I remember, like that was bizarre. I was like, ‘I want no part of that.’”
