‘Let’s Light It Up’ Vocalist Reacts To AJ Lee Returning
AJ Lee made her return to WWE on Friday’s WWE SmackDown, marking her first appearance in WWE in over a decade.
She returned with her familiar theme “Let’s Light It Up,” which features vocalist Kari Kimmel.
On Instagram, Kimmel wrote, “AJ Lee is back! And yep… That’s still me on the theme song.
I sang “Let’s Light it Up” over a decade ago, and it’s so awesome to hear it lighting up the arena again! Grateful to be a part of something so iconic.”
With AJ returning on SmackDown in Chicago, The Windy City kept lighting up on Saturday, playing AJ’s theme during the Chicago Cubs game.
AJ Lee was back on WWE TV on Monday’s WWE Raw, delivering her first promo since 2024.
