Levi Cooper (Tucker Knight) Says He & Otis Wanted To Change Names To ‘Tank & Dozer’ For WWE Main Roster Run

A story about the Heavy Machinery days.

From 2016 to 2020, Otis and Levi Cooper, a.k.a. Tucker Knight, were a tag team in WWE known as Heavy Machinery. The duo spent several years in NXT and were then moved to the main roster in 2019.

Cooper shared a note about their main roster run during a virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest. He stated that he and Otis wanted to change their names to ‘Tank’ and ‘Dozer,’ but the idea was rejected.

“Yes (I’ve heard of Hank & Tank). We actually tried to pitch — when we went up — to change our names to Tank and Dozer, Heavy Machinery, and it got rejected, which was a bummer… Would have been good, right? They took our last names from us anyways. Tank and Dozer’s much better than Tucker and Otis, for Heavy Machinery names I think.”

Towards the backend of Cooper’s time in WWE, he turned on Otis and cost him the Money in the Bank briefcase. Cooper was released from WWE in April 2021.

Otis remains with the company as a member of Alpha Academy on Monday Night Raw.
