Lita is back.
Becky Lynch has been feuding with Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY) for months, dating back to the group's arrival at WWE SummerSlam 2022. The trio took Lynch out with a vicious attack in August, and she later returned ahead of WWE Survivor Series in November. There, she scored the win for Bianca Belair's team in a WarGames Match against Damage CTRL, whose team also included Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross.
The rivalry has continued to escalate ever since, but Lynch has been outnumbered. She was set to face Bayley in a Steel Cage Match on the January 23 episode of WWE Raw, but Damage CTRL attacked ger before the bout, so the match never started.
Lynch and Bayley finally clashed in a Steel Cage Match on the February 6 episode of WWE Raw. Lynch teased that she had a plan, and it turned out to be the return of Lita. The WWE Hal of Famer came to the ring during the match and took the fight to SKY and Kai, who had been interfering in the match. Lynch capitalized on the situation and pinned Bayley with the Man-handle Slam to clinch the victory. She and Lita then embraced, abd the legend raised Lynch's hand.
Lita had been absent since WWE Elimination Chamber 2022. There, she unsuccessfully challenged Lynch for the Raw Women's Championship.
