Liv Morgan Competes In First Televised Singles Match Since June 2025, Responds To Y2J Chants With Suck It Gesture

Liv Morgan is back to her winning ways.
The January 5 episode of WWE Raw was a huge day for the women’s division. After two title changes, Liv Morgan made her televised return to the ring, facing Lyra Valkyria in a singles contest. This was Morgan’s first televised match since June 2025, when she suffered a shoulder injury in a match with Kairi Sane.
Morgan was successful in her return to action, picking up the pinfall victory over Valkyria after hitting her Oblivion finisher.

For the stats nerds, Morgan was able to break her three-match losing streak with the win over Valkyria. This was also Morgan’s first televised win in January since 2022, when she defeated Doudrop (Piper Niven) on an episode of Main Event.
