Liv Morgan discusses if she is still cursed by Danhausen following WWE Night Of Champions, noting she doesn’t know the power of it all.
At WWE Night Of Champions, Danhausen would curse Liv Morgan moments before her Queen of The Ring final, where she would go onto lose against IYO SKY. Danhausen has continued his feud with The Judgment Day in the interim, and will compete against Dominik Mysterio at the weekend’s premium live event.
While speaking to ESPN’s SportsCenter in a new interview, Liv Morgan was asked about being cursed by Danhausen, with the Women’s World Champion admitting she doesn’t know he maximum power of his curses.
“I don’t know, but I’m just going to have to have faith and believe in myself that it’s gone and lots of positive self-talk. I don’t know the deal with these Danhausen curses. I don’t know how long they last. I don’t know. I don’t know the maximum power of it all. But she did defeat me, but only because I was cursed. Other than that, IYO SKY has never defeated me on one-on-one singles competition, and so I’m just going to go into this weekend with a positive mindset. I don’t feel cursed. I feel great. I know she is not going to be easy to beat. Like I said earlier, she is one of the best in the world. She is so unpredictable in that ring. Her skill set is unmatched. But I know what I’m willing to do to retain my championship, and that is quite literally anything.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Liv spoke about wanting to hold the WWE Women’s World Title for over 1,000 days. You can read more about that here.
