Logan Paul says nothing has changed.

On the May 10 episode of WWE SmackDown, Logan Paul was revealed as Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes' challenger at WWE King and Queen of the Ring. Both titles were seemingly set to be on the line, and Rhodes even tweeted that it was for "all the gold." However, on the May 17 episode of WWE SmackDown, Logan Paul ripped up the contract and said that he would not be defending his title.

Speaking on WWE's The Bump, Logan Paul discussed the upcoming match, and Cathy Kelley noted that things had "shifted."

“Things haven’t shifted. This was always for Cody’s title, not mine. I’m shocked that people are shocked about that," Paul said.

Interviewer Cathy Kelley said that higher-ups were shocked by the development, and Paul quipped that calling a higher-up was an "over-embellishment" of what he did.
