Lola Vice Thinks AAA Run Has Been A ‘Game-Changer’ For Her Career: “It’s Been The Best Thing To Happen To Me”

Lola Vice is enjoying her time in AAA.

It is coming up on a full year since NXT’s Lola Vice began to consistently appear in AAA. Present day, alongside Mr. Iguana, Vice is a holder of the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship.

She opened up about her AAA run while on Busted Open. She stated that it’s been a ‘game-changer’ for her career.

“It first started with the opportunity of doing Worlds Collide with Stephanie (Vaquer). I think that was my first AAA opportunity, and then when I got the call, like, ‘Hey, we’re doing something in Mexico. We want you to come over here –’ I actually went over there like two, three shows before WWE had completely taken over. So I got to see AAA before we got the WWE being there and the production and the cameras and actually that helps me even more now because number one, I had never wrestled outside of NXT. So I got to appreciate even more the facility that we have and the way we do things in the WWE and bring it into AAA but, AAA has been, I think, a game-changer for my career. It’s been the best thing to happen to me, and I remember getting this opportunity and being like, ‘You know what? I’m gonna run with this. This is something that WWE’s investing a lot into and they’re trusting me as a talent to go over there and represent the company and I’m gonna give it my all, I’m gonna give it my best,’ and it’s been the best thing to happen to my career.”

A new episode of AAA on FOX is scheduled to air on 2/28 following WWE’s Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event.
