Not that it's saying much, but Smackdown Live's new championship titles were much more well received than their Raw counterparts.
Smackdown debuted new tag team and women's championships Tuesday night at the top of their show, both branded to represent their now traditional colors. A women's championship was introduced, which is exactly the same as Raw's WWE Women's Championship, except with a blue background. A six-pack challenge involving Natalya, Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Nikki Bella, Becky Lynch and Naomi will take place at Backlash.
The Smackdown tag team championships took the much criticized design of Raw's tag championships, added blue straps, and changed the bronze plates silver. A tournament was announced for the championship, which will culminate at Backlash.
