Ludwig Kaiser’s Defense Given Access To Evidence In Battery Case

Ludwig Kaiser update.

Marcel Barthel, a.k.a. Ludwig Kaiser, had his motion to dismiss the battery case against him dismissed by a Florida judge.

The latest is that the State of Florida has officially given Barthel’s defense team access to the evidence. The items are photos of the plaintiff in the case, Richard Reap.

Barthel is wrestling for WWE’s AAA brand as El Grande Americano, the reigning AAA Mega Champion. He’s scheduled to be in action on 10/24 at AAA Heroes Inmortales. He’ll be defending the Mega Title against Dominik Mysterio.
