Lyra Valkyria managed to get one over on Becky Lynch at WWE Backlash.
Valkyria retained the WWE Women's Intercontinental Title against Becky Lynch at WWE Backlash, scoring quick counter and craddle victory for the win.
Valkyria kicked out of multiple Manhandle slams during the match. At the end of the bout, Lynch seemed to be going for another Manhandle slam, but switched to a roll up. Lyra kicked out and then countered with a roll up of her own to retain the title.
After the match, Lynch attacked Lyra and locked on the Disarmher before she was pulled off by officials.
