Venue set for King of the Ring semi-finals.
Madison Square Garden announced that the historic venue will play host to the Semi-Finals of the WWE King of the Ring tournament. WWE is set to hold Raw and SmackDown at MSG on Sept. 9 and 10.

WWE announced the return of King of the Ring this past Monday on Raw. The 16-man tournament will begin on the 8/19 episode of Raw and run for multiple weeks. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that the finals of the tournament will take place on Sept. 15 at Clash of Champions.

RAW: Baron Corbin, Cesaro, Cedric Alexander, Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe, The Miz
SmackDown: Ali, Andrade, Apollo Crews, Buddy Murphy, Chad Gable, Elias, Kevin Owens, Shelton Benjamin
