Maika is headed to Survival of the Fittest.
At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door Buy In, STARDOM wrestler Maika earned the final spot in the Survival of the Fittest match for the vacant AEW TBS Title with a victory over Skye Blue.
The finish saw the Joshi star hit a brainbuster on the apron and follow up with a hammerlock Michioku driver for the victory.

With this victory Maika joins Hikaru Shida, Persephone, Kris Statlander, Queen Aminata, and Harley Cameron in the Survival of the Fittest match on the July 1 episode of AEW Dynamite. The winner will be the new TBS Champion. The belt was vacated by Willow Nightingale in May due to injury.
