Marc Raimondi Announces He's Authoring A New Book On The nWo's Influence On American Pop Culture

Marc Raimondi is prepared to tell the story of how the New World Order storyline in world championship wrestling changed the culture of the United States of America in the 90s.

Almost all wrestling fans know the story of the nWo by now. After over a decade of being the top superhero babyface in pro wrestling, Hulk Hogan became a heel and aligned himself with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash to form the New World Order. This storyline single-handedly allowed WCW to defeat WWE in the ratings for 83 straight weeks during the Monday Night War. However, beyond the wrestling landscape, the nWo and their attitude permeated beyond the fan base as professional wrestling became more commonplace in the mainstream once again.
