Thunder Rosa To Challenge Toni Storm For AEW Women's World Title At AEW Dynasty

Thunder Rosa is the new number one contender to the AEW Women's World Championship.

Rosa was able to earn a championship match on the April 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, as she defeated May Rosa in a contenders match via pinfall.

Moments after the conclusion of the bout, it was announced that Rosa will challenge Toni Storm for the title at AEW Dynasty. This will be Storm's first defense of the title since AEW Revolution, when she defeated Deonna Purrazzo.

Furthermore, this will be Thunder Rosa's first pay-per-view match since Forbidden Door 2022.
