Marigold’s Seri Yamaoka Suffered Left Shoulder Dislocation

Marigold’s Seri Yamaoka is sidelined with a shoulder injury.
Dream Star Fighting Marigold held a show on May 28th at Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo, Japan. One of the matches saw Seri Yamaoka put the British Empire Women’s World Championship on the line against Maddy Morgan.
During the bout, Yamaoka delivered a shotgun dropkick to Morgan but landed awkwardly on her shoulder. The referee had to stop the match, and Morgan was crowned the new champion.

An update on Yamaoka was provided by Marigold, and it was confirmed that she dislocated her left shoulder. The diagnosis was determined after she was rushed to the hospital. She’ll undergo an examination on May 29th to find out the severity of the injury.
