Marina Shafir has been announced for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 8.
On February 26, Josh Barnett took to Twitter to share that Shafir will be in action at Bloodsport 8 on March 31. Though no opponent has been announced, this will be her second time competing on the Bloodsport stage. She previously took part in Bloodsport 7 in October 2021, defeating Masha Slamovich.
After her successful debut, it was no question as to whether this Judoka would find her her way back on the mats of Josh Barnett's: Bloodsport.

Shafir's last four matches have taken place on AEW Dark, with her winning all but one against Kris Statlander.
Other talents to have been recently announced for the event include JONAH, Jon Moxley, and Timothy Thatcher.
