Mark Briscoe Says He’s A Big Fan Of Lio Rush, Could See Him Fitting In The Conglomeration

Mark Briscoe has high praise for Lio Rush.

With his Blackheart character, Lio Rush is currently in the midst of a special moment for his career. This includes his huge feat at ROH Global Wars Cincinnati, where he defeated AR Fox to win the ROH TV Championship.

Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Mark Briscoe praised Rush to the high heavens and said that The Conglomeration has been taking notes.

“I love Lio, man. He’s wild, and the whole new personality. It’s crazy, man. It’s just crazy. ‘Cause you see how good he was just being a straight up professional wrestler. He was excellent. Always had been. I was always so highly impressed ever since I met Lio Rush, ever since I first saw Lio Rush and now he’s got this whole character and this whole craziness going on. It’s just entertaining as hell. I’m telling you as a proud member of the Conglomeration, we take note. We scouting, but he keeps on popping up. It’s like, man, this might be a little bit more than the coincidence that we keep on seeing Lio Rush. I’m a big fan, big fan.”

Briscoe went on to say that Lio would be a good fit for the group.

“We had laid out the two rules back in the good old days of Rampage. Rule one, you got to be down to conglomerate, and rule two, can’t in any way, shape or form be a shit head. So it was two basic rules. Lio, I think he fits.”
