Mark Sterling: Except For Swerve Strickland, I Would Represent Anyone In AEW

Mark Sterling would be open to representing anyone in AEW, other than Swerve Strickland.

Sterling has worked with a number of stars throughout his time in AEW. He was initially paired up with MJF, and he then joined forces with Jade Cargill. Sterling then aligned with Tony Nese, who later formed a tag team with Josh Woods. He has also feuded with a number of noteworthy names. In 2022, he petitioned to have Swerve Strickland removed from the AEW roster. Sterling also threatened to take Wardlow to court for attacking security guards.

During a virtual signing for K & S WrestleFest, Sterling was looking at several AEW wrestlers' autographs. He saw signatures from Wheeler Yuta and Wardlow and responded by calling them both an "asshole." He was then asked whether he could see himself representing anyone else in AEW. Sterling responded by stating that, other than Strickland, he would be willing to represent anyone because he goes where the money goes. He stated that he'd even be willing to work with Wardlow, despite their issues in the past.

“Honestly, I go where the money goes. Whoever wants me, except for Swerve Strickland, I’ll represent anybody in AEW. I would be willing to represent Wardlow if he asked. Wardlow, let me help you out," Sterling said.

One of Sterling's current clients, Tony Nese, will compete alongside Ari Daivari on the February 22 episode of AEW Dynamite; they will be in the AEW Revolution Tag Team Battle Royale.
