There were a number of stories coming out of the show like Madison Rayne earning her way into the Women Of Honor World Championship match at 'Final Battle' and The Kingdom becoming ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions for a third time.

Throughout the night there were qualifying matches to fill spots in the 2018 'Survival Of The Fittest' tournament finals and when the main event came it was Christopher Daniels, Marty Scurll, Guerrero Maya Jr., PJ Black, Jonathan Gresham and Adam "Hangman" Page all looking to earn themselves a future shot at the ROH World Championship.

The first to be eliminated was Guerrero Maya Jr., then Jonathan Gresham who was followed out by PJ Black. The final three were Daniels, Scurll and "Hangman", and Marty decided to choose the future championship opportunity over his friendship with Adam Page and it paid off when Daniels eliminated Adam Page and Marty Scurll followed up by eliminating Daniels to become the 2018 'Survival Of The Fittest' tournament winner and to secure himself a future shot at the ROH World Championship.
