Here's your Fight Size update following WWE NXT on May 23, 2023.
- A masked superstar attacked Roxanne Perez in the latest mysterious assault on NXT.
- Dabba-Kato defeated Axiom, but SCRYPTS made the save when the powerhouse continued to attack Axiom after the bell.
- Tyler Bate defeated Eddy Thorpe. Bate argued with NXT North American Champion Wes Lee, and Joe Gacy laid both men out.
- Dijak and Ilja Dragunov brawled as tensions continued to rise between the two foes.
- Hoping it would be a bonding exercise, tag team partners Hank Walker and Tank Ledger clashed in a singles match, and Walker scored the win.
- A video package highlighted the rules of an NXT Heritage Cup match.
- The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) brawled with Gallius (Wolfgang, Mark Coffey, and Joe Coffey). Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo fought alongside the Creeds, and they offered to give him and Tony D'Angelo a title shot if they win the titles at NXT Battleground.
- Thanks to some interference from Dragon Lee, Nathan Frazer defeated Noam Dar in a hard-fought match.
- Von Wagner lost his temper in a match against Luca Crusifino, and he got disqualified. Wagner attacked Crusifino after the match and powerbombed him onto a table.
- Tiffany Stratton and Lyra Valkyria advanced to the finals of the NXT Women's Championship Tournament.

- Tony D'Angelo got "arrested" after he was questioned by two agents.
