Matt Cardona looks for a big comeback but suffers a big defeat.
Matt Cardona returned following his torn bicep injury at NWA 74. As part of his return, he was given the opportunity to pick his own opponent for his return match. Prior to announcing his opponent, he ran down his list of enemies, including Bully Ray who he says has been “extreme shaming” him online.
Matt Cardona then brought out his opponent, the small but mighty Rolando Freeman. Unfortunately for Cardona, he played around too much and ended up on the losing end of the match after suffering a quick crucifix pin.
Just like that, Matt Cardona proved that while he may be Alwayz Ready, he's not always on his game.
