Matt Cardona Says His Toy Company Will Continue, But They Won’t Make Matt Cardona Figures

Matt Cardona returned to WWE on the January 2nd episode of WWE SmackDown, under the name Matt Cardona and not Zack Ryder.

During his nearly six years away from WWE, Cardona branched out into various business ventures, most notably the Major Wrestling Figure toy line and Major Wrestling Figure podcast.

Speaking to Sam Roberts on NotSamWrestling, Cardona was asked if the podcast would continue.

“Podcast, safe. Toy company, safe. All good. Business as usual,” he said.

Asked if the company can still make Cardona figures, he replied, “No. It is what it is. It makes perfect sense. We talk about opportunity. I had a Big Rubber Guy, will I get an LJN? The opportunities are endless.”

Cardona noted that he shut down his ProWrestlingTees shop and won’t be doing WhatNot auctions anymore.

He hopes to partner up with Fanatics in some way to do merchandise breaks and Fanatics Live events.
