Santana will step in to replace Sammy Guevara on Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite.
All Elite Wrestling suspended Guevara on Monday afternoon after comments resurfaced of him saying he wanted to "rape" Sasha Banks years ago. Guevara publicly and privately apologized for his comments and Banks issued a statement on the matter, saying the two talked and had an open discussion.
Guevara was suspended without pay and agreed to undergo extensive sensitivity training.
He was originally scheduled to face the Old School version of Matt Hardy on Wednesday's Dynamite, but due to his suspension, his Inner Circle partner Santana has been named as his replacement. Fans can vote on which version of Hardy, Santana will be stepping in the ring with.
Fans can vote for Broken, Unkillable, or Old School Matt Hardy for the match.
