Matt Hardy: I Think We'll See Willow In TNA Sooner Rather Than Later

Matt Hardy says that Willow could be returning to TNA soon.

Jeff Hardy's Willow character was popularized in early 2014, just months after Hardy had "quit" TNA due to Dixie Carter and her backstage politics. Hardy first used the persona in the 1990s on the independent scene.

Since 2014, Hardy has talked about bringing back the character on a number of occasions. Now, it appears that we are closer than to ever to seeing the return of Willow The Whisp.

“Willow is something that I think we will see sooner rather than later in TNA because we have had some discussions about that." Matt Hardy said on the latest edition of The Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy. "That’s something that Jeff is very passionate about. Much like his music, he’s very passionate about his creation of Willow The Whisp. That’s something that he really wish he could’ve done with Bray Wyatt, especially The Fiend.”

Hardy recently stated that he believes Jacob Fatu and Zilla Fatu can headline WrestleMania one day. Learn more about those comments here.
