Throughout The Hardys run as a professional wrestling tag team, they have largely come out to the song titled ‘Loaded’. Despite the theme debuting for the pair in WWE, the pair have been able to bring the theme music around the world and to other top promotions in AEW and TNA due to it being copyright-free.
While speaking to Ropes N Riffs in a new interview, Matt Hardy spoke about how important it is for a wrestler to have a theme that is associated with them as an act.
“I mean, it’s paramount. Having a theme that really, that fits you and becomes… associated with you as an act. I mean, that is truly paramount, and one thing we are blessed about with Loaded, you know, it’s like copyright-free music. So it is just licensable music, and the thing that’s cool that it’s traveled with us through different companies, you know, so we had it in WWE, obviously that time, and usually when you’re in WWE, they have the rights to everything and it doesn’t go anywhere else past that. But it was something that we could get at AEW. We had it there. Now we have it at TNA. So it has followed us and it has truly become an iconic theme for myself and my brother, Jeff Hardy.”
