Matt Hardy Lobbying To Become The General Manager Of Monday Night RAW

What a WONDERFUL transition it would be!

The "Woken Warrior" Matt Hardy last competed in a WWE ring at the September 15th live event where WWE was wrapping up their Texas loop before the 'Hell In A Cell' pay-per-view. Hardy did make a surprise run-in during WWE's European tour to join the other babyfaces in the ring to take out the heels. The former 9-time WWE Tag Team Champion has been featured on the WWE Network recently along with his family for the 'House Hardy' Halloween special and to add, Matt is always active on social media.

During an interview on Jim Ross' 'Ross Report' podcast last month, Matt Hardy stated that he is confident he'll be back on WWE TV soon but he did not specify whether he would return as an in-ring performer or an on-screen authority figure.

Hardy took to Twitter recently and reposted a video that WWE did on him which was about Hardy lobbying for the opportunity to become the GM of Monday Night RAW.

On a related note, Matt Hardy's brother Jeff had a confrontation with Samoa Joe this past Tuesday on SmackDown Live when Joe interrupted Jeff's celebration. For more on that, click here.
