Matt Hardy says the numbers don’t lie.
On social media, a fan commented on the ticket sales for TNA Bound for Glory 2026 so far, where they blamed the promotion for their “downfall.” Another fan responded to their comment, noting that last year’s Bound for Glory also had a tag team match between The Hardys and Team 3D.
Matt Hardy responded, saying that this match alone sold almost 4,000 tickets before any other matches were announced for the event. Another fan replied to Hardy, saying that they can’t live in nostalgia forever.
Hardy responded by mentioning the fact that TNA Impact drew its highest viewership on AMC because the show was built around The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) and The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch).
“The highest rated episode of #TNAiMPACT on AMC was built around The Hardys vs The Righteous – Only ep to break 309,000 viewers live.. Was that nostalgia? Some people may be nostalgic for us, but there’s even more that are rabid to see us & meet us. Numbers don’t lie, dude.”
TNA President Carlos Silva also chimed in.

The Impact episode in question took place on July 27, when The Hardys went up against The Righteous in The Righteous Deletion.
