Matt Jackson States He Made "About $0" On Bullet Club T-Shirt Sales

Bullet Club shirts might be the most popular shirts in wrestling. But Matt Jackson didn't profit from all the sales.

Appearing on Talk Is Jericho with the rest of the members of Being The Elite, Jackson revealed just how much money he made from t-shirt sales.

"In a business sense, every time they slap that skull logo on a t-shirt, I make about $0," said Jackson. "You're still supporting a good cause and I'll never forget it and you guys have made the Bullet Club shirt the most famous wrestling shirt, probably in the history of wrestling. It's up there, right? It's up there with Austin 3:16 and the NWO. I'll never forget it. The Bullet Club is the best thing of our career. But it's time to do something new, something fresh, and to look out for ourselves and our families. And make a little bit of money on those t-shirts for the love of God."

The Bullet Club logo and trademark is owned by New Japan and not the Bucks or any member of the group. As previously reported, the group officially split from Bullet Club to form The Elite while on the Jericho Cruise. Along with making money on t-shirt sales, the group wanted to ensure they still have creative freedom moving forward and weren't tied to the booking of Gedo and New Japan.
