Matt Riddle’s First Post-WWE Booking Announced, Set To Face Rob Van Dam At Big Time Wrestling Event

Matt Riddle’s first post-WWE booking has been announced.

Riddle is set to return to the independent scene, specifically for Big Time Wrestling, as the former United States Champion is set to face Rob Van Dam at the promotion’s ‘The Reunion 3’ event on Saturday, March 9, 2024 in Chillicothe, Ohio. Big Time Wrestling is partnering with Double D’s Auction House for the event. Tickets for the event are set to go on sale at 12 p.m. EST on Wednesday, November 1.

Riddle was released from WWE on Friday, September 22 after spending nearly five years with the company. Throughout his time there, Riddle won the Raw Tag Team Champions alongside Randy Orton, the NXT Tag Team Championships alongside Pete Dunne (Butch), and the United States Championship.
