Matt Riddle Says Cesar Duran’s Matchmaking Is Worse Than Brock Lesnar
Matt Riddle took a shot at Brock Lesnar at MLW Symphony of Horrors.
Confronting Cesar Duran backstage, Riddle wondered why he wasn’t getting a shot at the MLW World Title. Riddle, the former champion, said he had already beaten half the roster.
He concluded by saying the Duran’s matchmaking was worse than Brock Lesnar.

Riddle has taken plenty of shots at Lesnar over the years in interviews, saying that he could beat up Lesnar, and claiming that Lesnar cut Elimination Chamber 2022 short.
In January 2024, Lesnar was implicated in a lawsuit filed by Janel Grant against Vince McMahon and WWE, accusing McMahon of sex trafficking and sexual assault. In her amended lawsuit in February 2025, Lesnar was outright named. He is not a defendant in the lawsuit.
Matt Riddle has had a number of incidents over the years including an incident at JFK where he was allegedly disorderly, going to rehab, and being accused of sexual assault.
