Max Caster Says ‘Never Say Never’ To AEW Return, Adds That He’s Saying No To Wrestling Bookings Right Now

Max Caster comments on his future.

Former AEW World Tag Team and World Trios Champion Max Caster stated that he’ll be stepping away from pro wrestling following his situation at TNA Wrestling’s 2026 Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

Caster had spent the last five years of his career with All Elite Wrestling. While doing a virtual signing for K & S WrestleFest, Caster was asked about the possibility of him returning to AEW, and he said, ‘Never say never,’ but for right now, he’s saying no to wrestling bookings.

“It’s wrestling, right? You never say never. However, I am saying no to wrestling bookings right now, and that would be a wrestling booking so, I don’t know.”

Following up on that, Caster said he agreed to do the signing before the Bound For Glory situation. He said it will be his last wrestling-related appearance for an undefined amount of time.

“I agreed to do the virtual signing a couple months ago, I think. I’m honoring this… especially because we know Brian (Myers). I gotta respect Brian too so, this is my last wrestling thing for a while, so whoever’s here, I’m sure somebody is clipping this, waiting for me to say something crazy. I’m gonna try not to today. But, this will be the last time you guys see me for an undefined amount of time.”

Caster released a video in the wake of TNA issuing a statement that he was no longer going to be working for the promotion. To read Caster’s comments, click here.
