On this week’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, Maxxine Dupri would face off with Becky Lynch for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship after previously defeating Lynch via count out. In their title bout, Lynch would snap, causing herself to be disqualified and handing the victory to Maxxine. Due to the DQ, Maxxine would not take home the gold due to the champion’s advantage.

While speaking on the latest episode of the RAW Recap, Maxxine was asked about her match with Becky Lynch on the October 20th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, noting that she doesn’t want to win by DQ, but to pin or make Lynch submit.

“Even the amount of pain that I’m in right now, Um, yes, and tonight was really special. It was emotional for me being out there and hearing the crowd and being in my hometown, I spent a lot of time in this arena. So to be performing at that level with Becky Lynch, even though she can’t follow a single role, apparently, and she stays on the run. A title that title I feel should be in better hands, but it doesn’t matter because I’m going back to training harder and I’m going back to making sure that I’m in a place that I can be her fair and square. I don’t want to win by DQ. I want to win by pinning her shoulders down or by her tapping out.”
