Maxxine Dupri comments on those that complain about WWE: Unreal showing too much behind the scenes.
Since the debut of WWE: Unreal, the show has had it’s detractors who feel that the series shows too much of the behind the scenes that go on in the company. For the most part, WWE superstars have been split on how they feel about the show, but now another name has expressed how much she enjoys having behind the scenes shows like Unreal.
While speaking to WittyWhittier in a new interview, Maxxine Dupri was asked about WWE: Unreal, and had a message for those who don’t enjoy how the program ‘shows too much.’
“I mean, I fell in love with this from Total Divas. So I’m always going to stand 10 toes down with anything that shows that other side of our business because I personally just really enjoy that, and I think the thing to keep in mind with Unreal is like they’re filming all year. So there’s hours and hours and hours of footage for these six episodes. So it’s like even though people think like, ‘oh, my gosh, we’re seeing too much or this and that’, like you’re still just getting a little taste, and at the end of the day. I don’t know why everyone’s up in arms. If you don’t want to watch something, don’t watch it. Do you have no willpower? No self-discipline? Like, my goodness, it’s crazy. I think it’s an incredible show, and if you don’t like it, hit next.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Maxxine spoke about the moment where Chelsea Green won the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam. You can read more about that here.
