Maya World On Competing At AEW All In: I Had A Little Taste Of Being In That Main Event PPV, So Now I Want It Now

Maya World comments on competing at AEW All In, noting that she now wants a taste of being on the main card.

At AEW All In this past weekend, Maya would feature on the Buy-In of the show, depending her AEW TBS Championship against Persephone. While she would come up short in the bout, she is far from directionless, as the young star is now on the chase for the TBS title once again, with Britt Baker also in her way.

While speaking to the Dallas Morning News in a new interview, Maya World reflected on competing at All In.

“I had this feeling that I was ready to wait because I know how wrestling is,” World said. “I was prepared to wait for my turn and wait for my opportunity. But I had a little taste of being in that main event pay-per-view match, so now I want it now.”

Maya also noted that she has scratched off a lot of her goals early on in her wrestling career.

“I’ve scratched off a lot of things that I didn’t think I would so early on,” World said. “Wrestling was my craziest dream.”
