Bayne and Kross are the current AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions, capturing the titles from The Babes of Wrath back at AEW Revolution. Since debuting together as a team in March, have been dominant over the AEW women’s division and became known as ‘Divine Dominion.’
While speaking to Renee Paquette on The Close Up, Megan Bayne noted that she feels that their tag team name is ‘very fitting’.
“Yeah, I think Divine Dominion was just very fitting. There wasn’t much to discuss about it.”
The pair were then asked where their name came from and if it came from a source such as Twitter, with Bayne clarifying that the pair came up with the tag team name themselves.
“No, we came up with it ourselves.”
