Mercedes Mone Says It’s Her Dream To Have One More Match With Bayley, ‘If It Doesn’t Happen, I’m Happy With The Matches We Had’
Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks in WWE) and Bayley had one of the most important women’s matches in US wrestling history when they met at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn in 2015.
Many current female wrestlers have named that match as an inspiration to them and a reason, if not the reason, they wanted to become a wrestler.
During a Q&A session on social media, Mercedes was asked if there would be one last dance between herself and Bayley.
Mercedes replied, “It’s my dream to have one more with her before I retire but if it doesn’t happen I’m so happy with the matches we did have.”
