Mercedes Mone TBS Title Open Challenge At AEW WrestleDream To Also Be For Challenger’s Title

Mercedes Mone will look to become eleven belts Moné at AEW WrestleDream.

While she defended her CMLL Women’s Championship on Friday in the promotion against Persephone, she would turn her attention to the future and announce that she would be defending her TBS Title at AEW WrestleDream later tonight. Now, Tony Khan has noted another addition to the bout.

In a new social media post on Saturday, Khan announced the open challenge for WrestleDream’s card, noting that Mercedes’ opponent will also put their championship on the line in order to challenge for Mercedes’.

“After last night’s Arena México win, longest reigning TBS Champ @MercedesVarnado puts up the TBS Title vs any champion + their belt! 10 Belts Moné aims to set the record for most belts held simultaneously TONIGHT!”
