Mexa Squad Attempts To 'Bequeath' ROH Six-Man Tag Titles To Shane Taylor Promotions, They Refused

During the first hour of Ring of Honor Final Battle 2020, we received an update on the status of the World Six-Man Tag Team Championship currently held by Mexa Squad.

It was announced prior to this event that several names would be off of the card due to Ring of Honor’s COVID-19 protocol and those names included Bandido and Flamita, as such, they were not able to defend their championship against Shane Taylor Promotions at the pay-per-view. Upon learning this news from Quinn McKay during the first hour of the event, Shane Taylor said that they could keep the belts because they want to earn them the proper way and they are not a charity case.
