MGM Grand Cancels Events Through May 31, AEW Double Or Nothing Still Listed On Schedule

AEW Double or Nothing could be in trouble.

MGM Grand Garden Arena announced on its website that the resort has canceled or postponed all events through May 31. AEW Double or Nothing is scheduled for May 23 and an episode of Dynamite is scheduled for May 27 at the arena.

While all other events have been canceled or postponed, the two AEW events remain on the website's schedule with a working link to purchase tickets.

As of now, that status of AEW Double or Nothing in Las Vegas is unclear. AEW has taped months of television, including the entire TNT Title tournament up to the finals. The finals are scheduled to take place at AEW Double or Nothing. AEW taped at Daily's Place in Florida before moving to the Nightmare Factory in Georgia. Both states have a shelter-in-place order in effect.

Fightful has reached out to AEW and MGM Grand for clarity on the situation. We will update fans as more information is known.
