Michael Cole Says Jimmy Uso Suffered Ruptured Rib Cartilage, Will Be Out For Foreseeable Future

Michael Cole provides an update on Jimmy Uso.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) hosted the Trial of Roman Reigns on the July 7 episode of WWE SmackDown. At WWE Money in the Bank, The Usos previously beat Reigns and Solo Sikoa at WWE Money in the Bank. Reigns lured Jey in by seemingly agreeing to give him the throne before he and Sikoa brutally attacked the two brothers. The beatdown ended with Jimmy leaving the arena on a stretcher.

On the July 14 episode of WWE SmackDown, Michael Cole provided a brief update. He noted that Uso "ruptured his rib cartilage", and he will be out of action for the foreseeable future. As of this writing, it is unclear how long Jimmy Uso will be out of action.

After Reigns and Solo's attack, Jey later challenged "The Tribal Chief" to face him in a match. He was set to come to the ring to send Reigns a message on the July 14 episode of WWE SmackDown.
